Job summary

Red-on-line, part of the Infopro-Digital Group, is seeking an EHS specialist to support Spain and LATAM. You will monitor changes to EHS legislation, update the legal database quarterly, and draft clear summaries for clients and onboarding.

As a Senior EHS specialist you will manage complex deliveries and proofs of concept, lead quality checks, mentor new colleagues, and coordinate with European and international teams on cross-border projects.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding and application of key EHS legislation in Spain and Latin America.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and client onboarding.
• Interest in environmental health and safety issues with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to mentor new team members and uphold quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to EHS legislation in Spain and LATAM daily.
• Update the legal database quarterly with accuracy.
• Draft clear, non-legal summaries for clients and onboarding materials.
• Lead complex deliveries and coordinate with ELAT/International teams.
• Provide technical assistance to marketing and sales and support training.
