Job summary

Davies is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation project focused on Securities Services, Asset Management or wealth management. You will help ensure smooth adoption and ongoing optimisation of the platform by working with business users, internal teams, and external vendors.

The successful candidate will translate requirements, configure KYC/AML/CLM processes, and participate in testing, release planning, and post-production support within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring solutions in financial services environments.
• Understanding of CLM, KYC, AML, and onboarding regulations.
• Experience configuring workflows, rules, forms, data structures, and case management in Fenergo.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into configurable solutions.
• Design and maintain onboarding, KYC, AML, CLM, and regulatory processes.
• Configure workflows, business rules, forms, data structures, and case management functionality.
• Develop and execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on design decisions and implementation strategies.
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-production support.
• Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform enhancements.
