Open Digital Services, the software development arm of Santander Group, seeks a Cloud Architecture Engineer in Madrid or remote within Spain. You will design and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure for the Datalake, applying automation and IaC to ensure reliability, security and scalable data platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture or related field.
• Strong AWS experience and production cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with observability platforms and incident management.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in banking/fintech preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for data platforms.
• Define architecture patterns for scalability, security, reliability and cost.
• Manage AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM and CloudWatch.
• Deploy infrastructure using CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
• Monitor platform health and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure secure access controls and governance for data assets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Security teams on pipelines and ops.
• Support Data Lake environments for reliability and performance.
