AVS Added Value Solutions is expanding its Space Division and seeks an AIT&AIT Lead to scale our AIT department, drive modern automated workflows, and upgrade cleanroom infrastructure for larger SmallSat missions.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 8+ years of spacecraft AIV/AIT experience, adept at VCD/SRDB management, GSE definition, and environmental test campaigns, fluent in English with Spanish a plus.

Formación

• 8+ years in spacecraft AIV/AIT with hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to manage VCD and SRDB documentation.
• Extensive cleanroom experience with test facilities (TVAC, vibration, EMC).
• Experience in defining, procuring and validating GSE (EGSE/MGSE/OGSE/FGSE).
• Strong English communication; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and manage the AIV engineering and technician team, including resource allocation, shift planning and Test Shift Resource Planning.
• Drive the digital transformation of AIT processes, implementing automation and data-driven verification workflows.
• Drive the overall AIV strategy, test planning and sequence optimization, including integration and industrialization improvements.
• Represent AIT in formal customer reviews (CDR, QR, FAR) and lead NRB/TRR/TRB processes.
• Own the Verification Control Document (VCD) closure and EIDP preparation across verification methods.
• Coordinate major environmental test campaigns (TVAC, Vibration, EMC) and manage facility interfaces and launch campaign support.
• Oversee design and implementation of Ground Support Equipment (EGSE, MGSE, OGSE, FGSE) and lead integration troubleshooting.
