Orbital Paradigm, located in Madrid, is seeking a Lead AIT Engineer to establish the AIT function for reusable orbital logistics vehicles.

You will define and implement strategies for assembly, integration, and testing, ensuring all spacecraft meet flight readiness standards. This role combines technical and leadership responsibilities, requiring hands-on engineering experience and collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in spacecraft AIT and aerospace integration.
• Direct experience with flown spacecraft.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary AIT teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AIT function.
• Define and implement AIT strategy and workflows.
• Lead assembly and integration of spacecraft.
• Oversee test readiness and qualification activities.
