AVS Added Value Solutions is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to steer our software department and own the architectures powering satellite missions and ground segment infrastructure.

You will bridge mission goals with technical execution, guiding the lifecycle of Flight Software and Ground Software, while shaping the future of modular satellite platforms and supporting growth across space and science sectors.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience in leading or mentoring roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in embedded software and debugging.
• Proficiency in embedded C/C++, Linux/RTOS, and hardware interfaces CAN/UART/I2C/SPI.
• Experience with build automation (Git, Jenkins) and Agile management (Jira).
• Knowledge of Avionics and FDIR is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and expand the AVS Software team.
• Own the software and firmware architectures for Flight Software (FSW) and Ground Software (GSW).
• Define software development standards for space-industry protocols.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, AIV, and Operations teams.
• Oversee CI/CD infrastructure development and maintenance.
