Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Madrid invites applications for an ME AIT Team Leader. You will direct the Manufacturing Engineering production team, coordinating all engineering activities for the Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) area, and ensure high-precision execution for EOS and TNS programs.

You will work in a co-engineering mode with Space Systems Design and Engineering Offices in Spain, develop industrial plans, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict

Formación

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and AIT within space or high-precision environments.
• Proven track record leading and developing engineering teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ME production team to meet schedules, quality, cost and safety targets.
• Deliver complete Manufacturing Dossiers including MBOM, assembly procedures, and timelines.
• Provide ME NRC/RC cost estimates to support bids and cost brochures.
• Manage internal stakeholders across EOS/TNS programs and AIT functions.
• Maintain cost targets and EAC budgets with Program Managers.
