Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Space Systems Quality Performance Manager to lead monitoring and continuous improvement of KPIs and performance targets within the Space Systems Business Line. The role blends rigorous data analysis with digital solution optimization to enable agile, evidence-based responses to deviations.

Ideal candidates have a relevant engineering degree, at least 3 years of experience, and advanced English.

Formación

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
• Experience: At least 3 years of related experience.
• Soft skills: Proactive and assertive person. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the performance of the Space Systems Business Line.
• Contribute to data collection and tracking of KPIs and performance targets.
• Ensure data quality and governance around performance metrics and targets.
• Support the development and optimization of digital solutions for E2E performance processes.
• Collaborate with data representatives to ensure KPI integrity and governance.
