Airbus in Getafe, Madrid is seeking a Service & Performance Manager for General Services. You will supervise Office Services and catering/vending operations, drive KPI performance, and manage contracts with suppliers in a cross-functional environment.

We value engineering background, project management, and strong data analysis skills to optimize costs and service quality. Travel up to 3 years may be required, with a competitive benefits package in a multinational setting.

Formación

• KPI management and data analysis experience essential.
• Vendor and contract management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google analysis tools is expected.
• Project management knowledge and SLAs understanding.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Restore operational performance and KPI achievement for catering and vending services.
• Oversee Office Services in Getafe and coordinate with General Services and FMRE Spain.
• Monitor supplier compliance and manage SLAs; analyze consumption data and drive improvements.
• Lead budgets, cost control, and continuous improvement plans.
• Coordinate audits and reporting; drive cross-functional projects and tool implementations.
