Airbus in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Service & Performance Manager - General Services. You will oversee Catering, Vending, and Office Services, ensuring KPI achievement, contract compliance, and cost control while driving continuous improvement across general services and FMRE Spain.

The role requires engineering background, travel availability, and strong experience in KPIs, data analysis, vendor management, and SLAs, with a proactive, cross-functional approach.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or similar, EQF Level 7 (Master's level).
• Availability to travel, up to 3 years of experience in supplier management.
• Experience in KPI management and data analysis.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google analysis tools.
• Project management experience and knowledge of SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Restore operational performance, KPI achievement, and contract compliance of catering and vending services.
• Comprehensive management of Office Services in Getafe.
• Cross-functional support to other General Services and FMRE Spain service lines.
• Aim for efficiency, cost control, employee experience and continuous improvement.
