Grifols is seeking a Space Planning Senior Engineer to lead the design execution, planning and delivery of office refurbishment across multiple locations in Spain. You will drive space optimization, regulatory compliance, and budget control, collaborating with Facilities, IT, Security and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in space projects, a degree in Architecture or Building Engineering, English at least B2, and a willingness to travel 15–50% across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing office, retail or corporate space projects.
• Proven experience in space planning, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Experience managing multi-site projects is highly desirable.
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1), both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Space Planning and Project Management: End-to-end management of projects across multiple locations (from concept to delivery).
• Design and planning of corporate spaces tailored to local needs.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (Facilities, IT, Security, suppliers).
• Cost and timeline control, ensuring deadlines and budget compliance.
• Site supervision and validation of corporate standards.
• Risk management and issue resolution throughout projects.
• Resource optimization and continuous improvement of design and execution processes.
