neuco is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer in Spain, onsite or remote with travel, to own the technical definition and execution of a next-generation satellite platform.

The role covers system architecture, requirements management, interface definition, verification planning and cross-functional technical leadership to turn mission objectives into robust, testable designs, with travel to Spain as needed.

Formación

• 7+ years of space systems engineering experience with flight projects.
• Ability to translate requirements into implementable designs and lead technical reviews.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, interfaces, verification/validation, and risk management.
• Led technical definition and execution of a satellite platform from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical definition and execution of a next-generation satellite platform.
• Translate mission objectives into robust, testable system designs.
• Lead cross-functional technical reviews and risk management.
• Coordinate verification planning and integration activities across teams.
