We are expanding our teams in the Aerospace sector to contribute to Space Mission Software projects within the EngineeringStudies Section, part of the Flight Segment & Robotics Business Unit.

As part of our international and multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in the analysis and definition of algorithms to simulate the behaviour of different payloads, as well as in their development and unit testing using C++ and/or Python.
You will also contribute to the implementation of new functionalities within the simulation framework and to the integration and orchestration of different algorithms into a single integrated application, as well as be responsible for theanalysing technical documentation related to the instruments onboard space missions, with the aim of understanding and modelling their behaviour.
You will perform system-level testing to verify the correct operation of the solution, report validation results, and identify and correct any errors or issues detected during the testing process andsupport the maintenance and evolution of the software infrastructure, working with tools and technologies such as Continuous Integration, Git, Docker, and related development and deployment tools.
We are looking for professionals with strong software programming andimplementation skills, preferably with a background in or interest in SpaceMissions; background inphysics, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field. Programming in C++ and workingexperience with GitLab.
Experience withEarth Observation payloads, Docker, Python, Matlab and intechnical coordination, team leadership, and project management support, is also a nice to have.
