GMV is expanding its Flight Dynamics teams in Madrid, inviting engineers and scientists with a passion for space missions to join cutting-edge projects. You will contribute to software systems used on European space missions, including Galileo and Copernicus, and will work on orbital mechanics algorithms, manoeuvring, and space dynamics modelling.
We value a background in aerospace, telecom, or computer science, plus languages like C++, Python, or FORTRAN-90, and strong English.
If you dream about spending the day on the Moon, but you are one of those who get sick on bendy drives... Your place is here!
We are expanding our teams in the Space sector.
We´ll get to the point; we'll tell you what's not on the web. If you want to know more about us go to GMV website.
Are you passionate about space missions and eager to work on cutting-edge algorithms? Join us at GMV, where you'll have the chance to contribute to groundbreaking projects in Flight Dynamics (FD).
We are expanding our FD project teams. We develop, maintain, and operate cutting-edge software systems that are used on several European space missions, including the Galileo and Copernicus programs, as well as other meteorological and Earth observation satellites.
You will work on specific projects related to Flight Dynamics, with opportunities to change teams, locations, and projects as GMV grows and evolves.
You will join the teams that are developing cutting-edge algorithms and software systems related to orbital mechanics (satellite manoeuvre planning, space dynamics modelling, statistical parameter estimation) using programming languages like C++, Python and FORTRAN-90.
Your work will include programming, testing, and operating software systems related to FD.
We are looking for aerospace, telecommunications, or computer science engineers, as well as mathematicians or physicists with fluent English, who bring new ideas, new ways of working, and above all, a passion for the challenges of the space sector.
