Thales Alenia Space Spain in Madrid Tres Cantos is seeking a manufacturing specialist to optimize processes, maintain documentation, and support the Autonomous Production Unit. You will participate in internal reviews, implement corrective actions, review drawings, and design manufacturing flows to meet industrialization needs.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, English (French a plus), and the ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Master degree in Production, Industrial, Material Science, Electronics or Aeronautics.
• Organizational skills and adherence to procedures.
• Collaborative spirit and teamwork across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PCB and/or mechanical design is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently while contributing in multidisciplinary teams.
• Result-oriented, pragmatic and adaptable.
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• English required; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Following and optimizing established manufacturing processes.
• Creating and maintaining appropriate documentation for manufacturing files.
• Providing support to the Autonomous Production Unit (APU) departments.
• Participating in internal manufacturing reviews and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Reviewing internal documentation, including part placement and assembly drawings.
• Designing and editing manufacturing flows based on industrialization needs.
• Managing tools required for manufacturing processes.
