• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex technical or engineering projects.
• Experience in space, aerospace, defense, telecommunications or high-tech sectors valued.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and contractual commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution across scope, quality, schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resources and KPIs.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans to address challenges and shifting priorities.
• Manage customer relationships and act as primary interface for communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality and support.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Define and implement mitigation and contingency plans to minimize exposure.
• Ensure governance through reporting, reviews and executive presentations.
• Oversee contractual commitments and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in methodologies and efficiency.
• Promote collaboration, accountability and high team engagement.
• Contribute to business development including proposals, tender reviews and cost estimations.
• Utilize PM best practices and digital tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
