Job summary

AST SpaceMobile, Barcelona, seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of the Micron phase array antenna blocks from Space Communication platforms to NPI groups. You will define execution steps, manage risks, and coordinate with HW, mechanical, and software teams to keep schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities include defining workplans, securing ownership, identifying dependencies, and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an industry hands-on technical execution role in HW or mechanics for telecom, space, automotive or embedded systems.
• 3+ years as a TPM in a cross-functional environment.
• Direct work with senior R&D management.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Defining workplans and assigning owners with tasks and detailed steps.
• Prioritizing workplan steps according to product and business needs from division management.
• Analysing dependencies, bottlenecks and resource conflicts with careful planning.
• Highlighting needs and coordinating with HW, SW, RF, Validation, and other departments to facilitate deliveries.
• Identifying schedule risks and potential technical gaps through discussions with owners.
• Reporting status and monitoring execution to leadership forums.
• Leading taskforce execution to drive root-cause analysis and recovery.
