Thales Alenia Space in Madrid is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex space programs from proposal through delivery and customer acceptance. You will oversee RF equipment, telecom satellites, ground segment systems, and onboard processing, coordinating international teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, risk and cost control, and the ability to navigate technically challenging programs in a fast-evolving space sector.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical or engineering projects.
• Experience in space, aerospace, defense, telecom, or related high-tech sectors is valued.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution delivering scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and resources.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans to emerging challenges.
• Manage customer relationships and project communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and support.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure governance through reporting, reviews, and executive updates.
• Support business development including proposal reviews and cost estimations.
