Aethos Mallorca is seeking a professional Spa Receptionist to join our luxury spa team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, personalised greeting from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include managing spa reservations, handling queries, coordinating with therapists, promoting treatments and retail, and processing payments with accuracy and discretion. Fluent in English and Spanish, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, five-star environment.

• Previous experience in a Spa Reception, Front Office, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills, with a genuine passion for wellness.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage appointments and multitask.

Overview

Aethos Mallorca is looking for a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our luxury spa team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for managing appointments, welcoming guests, coordinating daily spa operations, handling payments, promoting spa treatments and retail products, and ensuring the reception area is always presented to the highest standards. Working closely with therapists and other departments, you will help deliver a seamless and personalized wellness experience while maintaining the exceptional service standards of Aethos.

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and personalized service, ensuring an exceptional spa experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage spa reservations, appointments, and guest enquiries via telephone, email, and online booking channels.
• Coordinate the daily appointment schedule with therapists to maximise treatment occupancy and ensure smooth spa operations.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness experiences, memberships, and retail products through personalized recommendations and upselling.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and escalating matters to Spa Management when required.
• Support Spa Management in the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring seamless communication with therapists and other hotel departments.
• Process payments, maintain accurate daily cash reconciliation, and ensure compliance with hotel financial procedures.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of all spa treatments, facilities, promotions, and retail products to provide expert guidance to guests.
• Ensure the reception, relaxation areas, and guest facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and luxury.
• Comply with Aethos service standards, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures at all times.

• Previous experience in a Spa Reception, Front Office, or luxury hospitality environment, preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury spa.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills, with a genuine passion for wellness and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage appointments, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in promoting spa treatments, wellness experiences, and retail products through a consultative approach.
• Professional, friendly, and well-presented, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with spa or hotel booking systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are highly valued.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
