The Role

As a Senior Sourceryou'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organization's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Engaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.
• Sourcing (identifying) candidates by review direct applications, job board databases etc.
• Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
• Managing job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
• Engaging, screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
• Ensuring regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity.
• Maintaining agreed service levels and targets.
• Participating and contributing within team meetings.

What you need to have to be successful

• Fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken is a must.
• Experience in working in multinational environment.
• Danish education system knowledge.
• Extensive communication and presentation skills.
• Previous sourcing or other recruitment/ HR related experience will be an asset.
• Experience of using direct sourcing techniques is nice to have.
