Concentrix Spain NWE Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Danish-speaking Solution Specialist in a hybrid role based in Benalmádena to drive cloud solutions for small and mid-sized businesses.

The role combines technical product knowledge with proactive sales activities to advance cloud engagements and cross-sell opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers, present cloud value propositions, and deliver Teams-based demonstrations and trainings to accelerate

• Danish and English fluency for customer interactions and sales discussions.
• 3–6+ years in technology-related sales or business development.
• Fundamentals certification is required.
• Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity/communications.
• Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions.

What you will do in this role

As part of our sales organization, you will work with a customer segment where you can make a real difference, Small and Medium-sized companies. The position requires a combination of technical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. A core part of the role is to advance the engagement process so that targets for the account portfolio are met.

As a Solution Specialist in our team, you will:

• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager
• Present the Cloud solutions value propositions and differentiation that align to customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives, based on your expertise in solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions
• Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
• Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought
• Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams
• Conduct group and one‑on‑one trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are proficient or bilingual in Danish and fluent in English
• Have 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience
• Minimum Fundamentals certification is required
• Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end‑user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
• Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
• Possess experience with cloud‑based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology
• Have an understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Possess a proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
• Have exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer facing role
• Are success‑driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment

It will be a plus if you:

• Have L200 certification
• Can demonstrate knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions
