GoodWe in Spain seeks a Solution Engineer/Technical Consultant to deliver technical guidance to customers and internal teams. You will be the go-to expert for quotations, support, and cross-office coordination on product development, testing, and certification.

The role requires strong power electronics knowledge, Spanish and English fluency, and willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings and site visits.

Formación

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Technical Consultant in renewable energy.
• Strong technical background in power electronics with relevant degree.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• European driving license is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Europe for customer meetings and project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technological consulting to customers and colleagues in Account Management.
• Act as the primary contact for technical questions during quotation preparation and first-level customer support.
• Facilitate communication between HQ in China, Spain, and other offices regarding product development and improvements.
• Evaluate certification requirements, oversee testing and certification processes, and understand local grid codes in Spain.
• Benchmark our products against competitors and monitor market developments.
• Proactively visit clients and conduct meetings.

• Provide technological consulting to customers and colleagues in Account Management.

• Facilitate communication between our HQ in China and Spain, and other offices regarding product development, technical improvements, and changes.
• Evaluate certification requirements, oversee testing and certification processes, and possess a profound understanding of local grid codes in Spain.
• Conduct frequent benchmarking of our products against competitors and monitor market developments.
• Proactively visiting clients and conducting meetings

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant in renewable energy industry.
• Strong technical background in power electronics, preferably with a degree or major in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal), with the ability to provide technical consulting, negotiations, and presentations.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A European driving license.is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Europe for customer meetings and project site visits.
