Job summary

Freyrecruitment is seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a 45m+ private motor yacht departing for a 2:2 rotation from early 2027, based in Palma. The role requires a broad repertoire across English and Mediterranean cuisines, with flexibility to adapt menus on short notice.

You will be responsible for the galley, provisioning, menu planning and maintaining strict hygiene and inventories daily, working closely with the interior team to coordinate timings and last-minute requests.

Qualifications

• STCW, ENG1, Ships Cook Certificate preferred and valid driver's licence.
• Experience in private yacht galley and provisioning.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene standards and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Manage galley operations, provisioning, and menu planning.
• Maintain freezer inventories and daily galley inventories.
• Ensure high hygiene standards and organisation.
• Coordinate with interior team on timings and last-minute requests.
