Burgess Recruitment is urgently seeking a Temporary Sole Chef for a 40m+ private motor yacht. Immediate start required; contract duration minimum 2 weeks; Med-based charter operations across Europe.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years as Sole Chef on similar vessels, formal culinary training, and proven ability to manage time and kitchen operations while accommodating guest dietary needs. STCW, ENG1, and FHS level 3 are essential. Equal opportunity employer.
