NauticALL seeks a Rotational Chef for a private vessel leaving Palma, with Med/Caribbean itineraries and a 2:2 rotation. The position requires Kosher dietary expertise and flexibility to meet owner preferences.

The ideal candidate must hold STCW, ENG1, Ships Cook certificate, and FHL3, and be prepared for a demanding yacht kitchen environment with crew and guests. Medical insurance and flights are included.

Formación

• Understanding of Kosher guidelines and ability to cater to kosher meals.
• Female candidate preferred due to cabin arrangements.
• Strong references from previous roles.
• Up-to-date STCW, ENG1, Ships Cook certificate, FHL3 must be held.
• Shengen Visa OR EU passport or US passport for eligibility.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check prior to employment.

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean (Dual Season)

Contract type: Rotational (2:2)

Joining location: Palma

The ideal candidate will be comfortable catering to the owner’s preferences, from simple, straightforward meals to more involved and elevated cuisine. Experience with and a solid understanding of Kosher guidelines is required.

The vessel typically operates with trips of 1–2 weeks a few times per season. Typicallyaccommodating approximately 4–8 guests and 9 crew.
