SOVREN Crew in Palma, Spain, seeks a Sole Chef for the Med and Caribbean seasons on a charter motor yacht. You will provide exceptional cuisine for crew and charter guests using the best available local produce.

Responsibilities include preparing fresh fish and meats, staying within budget, stock taking, and maintaining galley cleanliness. B1B2 knowledge is useful; season runs in the Med and transitions to the Caribbean afterward.

Formación

• Sole Chef with experience on charter yachts preferred.
• Ability to work with local products.
• Must manage budget and maintain galley cleanliness.

Responsible for keeping to budget, stock taking and general cleanliness of the Galley.
