Job summary

A 47m private sailing yacht cruising the Mediterranean is seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join the team ASAP. This is a dual-season yacht with a global itinerary and exciting dining opportunities.

The package includes a salary of €7,000–€7,500 per month (DOE), 60 days annual leave, flights provided, and medical insurance. Applicants must have STCW, ENG1, and a B1/B2 visa, with prior Sole Chef experience on a similar-sized sailing yacht and experience catering for up to 12 guests and 8 crew.

Qualifications

• STCW certification required.
• ENG1 medical clearance required.
• Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa.
• Previous Sole Chef experience on a similar-sized sailing yacht.

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, talented chef to join a dual-season sailing yacht with an exciting global itinerary.

The Package includes:

Requirements:

• STCW
• ENG1

• Previous experience as a Sole Chef on a similar-sized sailing yacht
• Experience catering for up to 12 guests and 8 crew
• Sailing yacht experience is essential

The successful candidate will be passionate about producing flavorsome, varied and high quality cuisine, with the ability to consistently deliver an excellent dining experience for the guests.

The anticipated itinerary includes the Caribbean, the US East Coast, Ireland and Scotland, before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer season.
