Lightsource bp is seeking an Asset Manager in Madrid to manage and optimise the operational and financial performance of solar assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure assets meet goals, stay compliant, and maximise value across the asset lifecycle.

You will work with EPC and O&M partners, support budgeting and forecasting, and help prepare reports for stakeholders. A strong background in renewable energy asset management is essential.

Formación

• Strong understanding of UK and European renewable energy asset management.
• Familiarity with budgeting, data analytics, and project management.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in operational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage solar sites across the UK, maximise total return through performance analysis.
• Maintain relationships with EPC and O&M contractors for safe, efficient asset operation.
• Assist with financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Support transition from project to operations and manage documentation.
• Assist Energy Sales with FIT/ROC and regulatory compliance audits.
• Assist Portfolio Manager in reporting to stakeholders on commercial, financial, and technical performance.
