Bystronic is seeking a Software Support Consultant in Madrid to join its global technology team. You will provide L1-L2 technical support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications, diagnosing and resolving issues reported by customers via phone, email, or tickets.

You will install, configure, and update software on customer systems and collaborate with engineering to escalate complex problems. The role requires a technical background and at least 1+ years in software support, with

Formación

1+ years of experience in software support or technical customer service.
Proficiency in English.
Travel to customer sites for upgrades/trainings when required.

Responsabilidades

Provide L1-L2 technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications used in sheet metal processing.
Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to 2nd level support team, internal development or engineering teams, ensuring clear documentation.
Install, configure, and update software applications on customer systems.
Cooperate with technology support teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to our advanced manufacturing systems.
