Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in e-commerce preferred.
• Strong knowledge of major platforms and audiences.
• Experience with Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and visual content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content for all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
• Manage social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

• Run paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to optimize strategies.
