Skills Alliance is seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Manager for the EMEA region. This hands-on role focuses on developing engaging content and strengthening the company’s social presence across multiple markets, balancing healthcare professional and consumer audiences with data-driven insights.

You will own the social media strategy, coordinate campaigns with regional teams, and support lead generation and marketing automation to move prospects through the customer journey.

• Strong content creation and storytelling across written, visual and short-form video formats.

Digital Content & Social Media Manager EMEA Industry: Medical Aesthetics / Medical Devices Marketing An international medical aesthetics company is looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to join its growing EMEA marketing team. This is a hands‑on digital marketing position with responsibility for developing engaging content and strengthening the company's social presence across EMEA. Working across both healthcare professional and consumer audiences, you'll combine creative storytelling with data and commercial insight to increase brand awareness, grow engagement and support lead generation. You'll work closely with regional marketing, sales and clinical teams, as well as external agencies and distributor partners, giving you exposure across multiple markets and campaigns. Own and execute the EMEA social media strategy and content calendar across key digital platforms. Create engaging content across copy, graphics, video, customer stories and educational/clinical campaigns. Manage day‑to‑day social channels, including publishing, community engagement, audience development and social listening. Develop digital campaigns that engage both healthcare professionals and consumers. Support digital lead generation and help improve conversion across the customer journey. Track social and content performance, using data and KPIs to continually improve results. Work with marketing, sales and clinical teams to support campaigns and new product launches. Support CRM and marketing automation activities, helping move prospects from initial engagement through to lead nurturing. Contribute to wider regional marketing activity, including events, webinars, PR and other brand initiatives. We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking . You'll understand how to create content that gets attention, but you'll also care about what happens afterwards - engagement, leads, conversion and measurable results. 2–5 years' experience within social media, digital marketing or content, either agency-side or in-house.
