Skills Alliance is seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to lead the EMEA social media strategy and content development from its Madrid base. This hands-on role works across healthcare professionals and consumers, driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation in a fast-moving international environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years' experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong content creation and storytelling across formats.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube; familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the EMEA social media strategy and content calendar across key digital platforms.
• Create engaging content across copy, graphics, video, customer stories and educational campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day social channels, including publishing, community engagement and social listening.
• Develop digital campaigns that engage both healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Support digital lead generation and help improve conversion across the customer journey.
• Track social and content performance using data and KPIs to improve results.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and clinical teams to support campaigns and launches.
• Work with external agencies, creative partners and distributors across EMEA.
• Assist with CRM and marketing automation activities from engagement to lead nurturing.
• Contribute to wider regional marketing activity including events and webinars.
