Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for social media channels to support users and ensure a positive customer experience. You will respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues with empathy.

This role requires Italian fluency, English at B1/B2, good typing, and a customer‑centric mindset. Relocation support is provided, with a 12‑month contract and 40 hours per week in rotating shifts. Health insurance and language lessons are included.

Formación

• Fluent Italian (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media platforms.
