Revolut in Barcelona is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the SMB market for payments and POS solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and help customers discover the value of Revolut's fintech offerings.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, 1+ year in sales, and proven field experience with in-person visits. You will manage your territory, hit KPIs, and thrive in a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

• Must have fluency in English and Spanish.
• At least 1+ year of solid sales experience.
• Experience on the field with in-person visits.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and acquiring new businesses in the SMB market for payment, POS solutions, and other features.
• Owning the full sales cycle from prospect and lead generation to closing.
• Overseeing your territory and maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
