Responsibilities

• Responsible for the country level quality deliverables; follows project requirements and country rules with moderate oversight from the SSU Country Manager.
• Monitors basic financial aspects of the project and hours/tasks per contract.
• Reviews and complies with SOPs and Work Instructions; keeps training records updated and ensures timesheet compliance.
• Supports continuous improvement of Site Start-Up components at country level (submissions, document collection, communication to authorities).
• Ensure all relevant documents are submitted to the TMF as per SOP/Sponsor requirements.
• Local Submissions Specialist: follows project direction, may liaise with PM/SAM; prepares and submits EC/RA applications and other local regulatory submissions; manages ongoing submissions and amendments.
• May act as liaison between investigational sites and functional leads; oversee site activation end to end at country/site level.
• Country Start-Up Advisor: SME for in-country performance within Site Start-Up; maintains regulatory intelligence and submissions database; supports data protection statements as required.
