Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Site Activation Specialist to help clinical sites move efficiently through activation and remain compliant during ongoing study activities. This remote role is open to candidates based in Spain.

You will work with Regulatory Affairs, Site Contracts, and study teams to support activation milestones and smooth maintenance once studies start. Applicants should have a four-year degree in life sciences and at least one year of clinical research experience, with

Qualifications

Four-year college degree in medical, biological, health sciences or related field.
At least 1 year of clinical research experience, preferably site activation or regulatory function.
Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and EU Clinical Trials Directive.

Responsibilities

Coordinate collection and review of site regulatory and essential documents.
Maintain regular communication with investigative sites and internal teams.
Support site identification and feasibility activities.
Assist Regulatory Authority and Ethics Committee submissions under Regulatory Affairs.
Assist with informed consent form development and translations.
Ensure site activation activities meet ICH GCP and EU requirements.
