Job summary

Syneos Health in Madrid is seeking a Sr CRA I/II for sponsor-dedicated monitoring. The role covers on-site and remote visits, ensuring regulatory and ICH-GCP compliance across study sites and managing site performance.

You will verify informed consent, oversee data capture, and support site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in pharma/biotech monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Ensures regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance and protocol adherence.
• Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF vs TMF and supports audit readiness.
• Supports subject recruitment and data tracking.
