Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Site & Patient Engagement Manager II for Europe (hybrid/remote) to lead feasibility and patient engagement activities across proposal and study execution stages. You will develop site networks, manage recruitment and retention campaigns, and coordinate with CTMS and DCT programs while ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Life science, healthcare and/or business degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA and country regulations.
• Strong customer service orientation and client focus.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple studies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and site engagement activities across designated country(ies).
• Develop site selection plans and deliver feasibility reports for clients.
• Coordinate patient recruitment and retention materials and campaigns.
• Manage and oversee Patient Direct Trials programs and DCT coordination.
• Collaborate with sponsor, sites, and vendor partners to ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain site/investigator networks and ensure regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP).
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements across the function.
