Allucent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our A-team on a hybrid/remote basis. You will lead the overall coordination of clinical trials from startup to delivery, with a focus on Oncology, Neuroscience, and Immunology. Experience in Cell and Gene Therapy is a plus.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, risk management, vendor oversight and clear stakeholder communication to drive study deliverables and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in life science, healthcare and/or business.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of drug development and/or clinical research with at least 3 years in clinical trial project management.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data privacy, and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience managing all phases of full-service clinical trial delivery (Start-up to Close-out).

Responsabilités

• Leads the project team to deliver according to scope and timelines as per contract.
• Creates and executes project management plans following established processes.
• Ensures QA, SOPs, GCP compliance across projects.
• Maintains clear communication lines and escalation pathways with stakeholders.
• Contributes to study documents (protocol, CRF, monitoring plan, Clinical Study Report).
• Manages vendor identification, qualification, selection and relationships.
• Oversees project budgets, invoicing and cost control.
• Manages risk, changes in scope and ensures trial master file readiness.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to team members and ensures effective cross-functional collaboration.
