Denys is seeking an experienced site manager to lead on-site construction activities for large civil engineering projects and coordinate with international project teams across locations.

The role requires leadership, strong organisational skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements in a multilingual, mobile environment. You will regularly visit project sites and collaborate with clients and authorities.

Formación

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing infrastructure or civil engineering construction projects.
• Experience leading teams on large construction sites.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and standards.
• Spanish and English at least B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• On-site construction management coordinating all activities within your section of the site.
• Lead construction and installation teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal specialists.
• Ensure compliance with labour, environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Plan material requirements, coordinate deliveries and manage equipment deployment.
• Support recording of completed work, review variations and assist billing.
• Maintain continuous coordination with clients, authorities and internal project teams.
