HEDON Technologies is seeking a Site Manager EPCm to join a major construction and revamping project for an industrial facility in Spain. You will act as the Owner’s Representative on site, coordinating stakeholders from construction through commissioning.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works, ensuring HSE compliance and project schedule adherence. English at B2 level is required, French is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar Site Manager / Construction Manager position.
• Strong experience in the Chemical and/or Oil & Gas industries.
• Proven EPC/EPCm projects experience from the Owner’s perspective.
• Experience on at least three similar industrial projects.
• Minimum B2 level of English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

About the position

As part of the development of our activities in Spain, HEDON Technologies is looking for a Site Manager EPCm to join a major construction and revamping project for an industrial facility.

You will act as the Owner’s Representative on site, ensuring the proper execution of construction activities and coordinating all stakeholders throughout the project, from construction through to commissioning.

Your main responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s Representative and coordinate the different stakeholders and contractors on site.
• Supervise construction activities across multiple disciplines: civil works, structural steel, mechanical installation, electrical and instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, applicable regulations, quality requirements and owner specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with the project schedule.
• Identify deviations, risks and potential delays, and coordinate corrective or mitigation actions.
• Ensure the quality of execution throughout all phases of the project.
• Supervise cost control and contractor progress certifications.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and teams working on site.
• Support the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.

Your profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar Site Manager / Construction Manager position.
• Strong experience in the Chemical and/or Oil & Gas industries.
• Proven experience working on EPC/EPCm projects from the Owner’s perspective.
• Previous experience in this type of role on at least three similar industrial projects.
• Minimum B2 level of English.
• French would be considered an advantage ++
