UNOPS - United Nations Office for Project Services seeks a Civil Engineer to supervise infrastructure works and ensure design and safety standards are met. The role requires coordinating design, construction and procurement activities, delivering projects on time and within budget while upholding HSSE policies and PSEAH requirements.

You will collaborate with partners, authorities and internal teams to ensure quality, compliance and effective handover of completed facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in civil engineering, construction supervision or project management preferred.
• Experience in UN or humanitarian contexts is desirable.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, supervise and manage civil engineering projects from design to completion.
• Support planning, scheduling and implementation of rehabilitation and infrastructure activities.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to secure permits and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and client requirements.
• Maintain records and assist in reporting, closure, and handovers.
