Thöni Industriebetriebe GmbH in Spain seeks a Site Manager to lead and coordinate all on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring timely project delivery and handover. You will ensure high execution quality while strictly adhering to HSE requirements and track progress against plans.

The role requires several years of site management experience, strong communication, and fluency in Spanish and English, with 100% travel willingness. An engineering/CM degree is preferred.

Formación

• Technical education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in site management, construction supervision, or installation projects.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and business-fluent in English.
• Mobility and willingness to travel (100%).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery and handover.
• Ensure high standards of execution quality and strict adherence to all occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Track and evaluate site progress against project plans, identifying deviations and support change order management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and the project management team.
