Denys Germany focuses on planning and delivering infrastructure projects involving underground energy and utility networks. The team works on major national and international projects in energy and infrastructure, offering long-term prospects and a stable position.

On-site construction management, leadership of installation teams, and strict adherence to DIN standards are central. Company vehicle and accommodation are provided for project roles.

Formación

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent construction qualification.
• Several years of experience managing infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Proven leadership and assertiveness in managing complex construction sites.
• Strong planning, organisational skills and cost awareness.
• Knowledge of DIN standards and site regulations; MS Office and billing software experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English at least B2 level.
• Willingness to regularly work on project sites and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• On-Site Construction Management: coordinate and supervise all construction activities within assigned section of the large-scale site.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: lead construction and installation teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal specialists.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure compliance with labour, environmental, health and safety regulations including DIN standards.
• Material and Equipment Management: plan material requirements, coordinate deliveries and monitor equipment deployment.
• Cost Calculation and Billing: support recording of completed work, review of variations and billing.
• Communication and Coordination: maintain coordination with clients, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams.
