Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant/CTC for Madrid Sponsor site. In this role you will support Clinical Monitoring, maintain TMF, coordinate site communications and ensure protocol and regulatory compliance across assigned studies.

The successful candidate has 2-3 years of trial experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 25% as needed. Join a global leader accelerating patient progress.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in the role.
• Fluent English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to embrace new technologies.
• Minimal travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform activities in compliance with applicable Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies, SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Assist Clinical Monitoring staff with site management activities, communicating with sites to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and project files, participate in file audits.
• Prepare and maintain site manuals, reference tools and other documents.
• Input clinical tracking information into databases and maintain it.
• Track incoming/outgoing clinical and regulatory documents for sites and project teams.
• Coordinate site supplies ordering, packing, shipping and tracking.
• Assist with team meeting coordination and note-taking.
