Amentum seeks a Ship's Store Customer Services Manager to lead and oversee the Ship's Store customer service operations on Diego Garcia for a US Navy program. The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to compliant, high-level service.

You will supervise a diverse team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain service quality while adhering to policies and procedures in a remote overseas environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a customer service supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with diplomacy.
• Effective communication with team, management, and patrons.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Working knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and merchandising.
• Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas per DoS guidelines.
• Able to pass contract medical requirements and deployment credentials.
