Henkel is offering a 12-month internship in Occupational Safety and Risk Prevention at its Montornes del Valles site. You will support the SHE team with operational activities, document management, and preparation of prevention reports.

The role requires a business administration degree, English and Spanish proficiency, and a willingness to learn. The internship is 6-8 hours per day under an internship agreement, with opportunities to engage in training and development.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration or similar studies.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English and advanced level of Spanish.
• Availability for a 12-month internship (6-8 hours/day) via internship agreement.
• Place of internship: Montornes del Valles.
• Motivation to develop a career in Occupational Safety and Risk Prevention.
• Good digital skills and command of MS Office for document preparation and data tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the SHE team in operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and prevention processes.
• Maintains and updates SHE documentation and prevention reports in the management platform.
• Assists with follow-up and recording of preventive and corrective actions, training, and qualification requirements.
• Manages occupational safety documentation, including MSDS and approvals for Henkel employees and external providers.
• Provides administrative support to external providers during qualification and approval processes.
• Supports monthly SHE reporting (hours, energy consumption, waste).
• Assists in preparing annual prevention documentation and reports and supports prevention technicians with orders.
