Henkel in Spain offers a 12-month internship in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering to support mid- and long-term MRP planning based on production needs. You will work with the Operational Planning team to ensure materials are available at the right time and quantity.

Ideal candidates are Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain students with fluent English, an analytical mindset, and a proactive, well-organized approach. Excel (pivot tables) and Power BI knowledge are valuable assets.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the preparation of mid- and long-term Material Requirements Plans based on production needs and forecasts.
• Works closely with the Operational Planning team to help ensure materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity.
• Supports the maintenance of MRP parameters and follows up on material planning exceptions.
• Assists with inventory analysis, including monitoring stock levels, slow-moving materials and obsolete inventory.
• Supports the maintenance of relevant material and manufacturing planning data.
• Collaborates with Purchasing and suppliers to identify potential supply risks and support material availability.
• Helps monitor supplier capacity and future material requirements to support production plans.
• Identifies and communicates potential material supply risks or opportunities to the relevant teams.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to make material planning processes more efficient.
• Helps optimize material orders while balancing availability, inventory levels and potential obsolescence

What you´ll do
