Henkel in Barcelona (Poblenou) is offering a 12‑month internship in packaging operations. You will analyse pallets, approve artworks, and manage SAP transactions for packaging materials and BOM maintenance, while ensuring data quality.

You will support Global Packaging Management with packaging technical data and assist with new product launches for standard and promotional items. Strong Excel skills, English and Spanish, and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Business Administration or Engineering student with an interest in operations and packaging.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a team; attention to detail and cross‑department collaboration.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Do pallet analysis, approve artworks, and handle SAP transactions for packaging materials and BOM maintenance; ensure data quality.
• Support Global Packaging Management on packaging technical data implementation.
• Act as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone or email; initiate action and assess urgency.
• Support new product launches for standard and promotional articles.
• Create manufacture and assembly instructions for promotional articles.
• Solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide administrative support per policies and guidelines.
• Artwork approvals.
• Support portfolio optimization for promotional materials.
• Support packaging regulatory changes implementation.
