Henkel in Barcelona offers a 12-month, full-time internship in Operations and Project Management. You will monitor KPIs, track project timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep tasks on schedule.

This role requires fluent English, strong teamwork, problem-solving, and a proactive learning attitude. Proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools is expected for daily collaboration across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and reporting of KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and tasks are completed on time.
• Monitoring implementation timelines of different innovation projects and managing deadlines with the respective teams.
• Monitoring and providing detailed status reports to the PIM on final artworks and the article creation workflow (WF).
• Supporting the request, management, and follow-up of obsolete materials/products after promotional projects.
• Participating in project implementation meetings with different teams and reviewing meeting minutes.
• Updating HINT with the different tasks required for the launch of an innovation.
